Responsibilities Oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff.
Delegates duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control and payment postings.
When required will function as a Server, Food Runner, Cashier, or Bartender as needed.
Accountable for event props/materials and management of department equipment.
At times will serve as event Manager on duty.
Guest interaction is an integral part of the position.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Work experience directly related to banquet service.
